As Manager of the Diversity & Inclusion Team, we work to uplift, affirm, and celebrate all races, ethnicities, body types, physical abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities within our products. We work closely with American Greetings’ Employee Resource Networks and external community resources to ensure authenticity and relevance. We are regularly selected to participate in Target’s Heritage Moments; Black History Month, Pride Month, and Latino Heritage Month, and work in collaboration with Target’s D&I business councils and creative team.

Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, and Eid al-Adha Feature program for Target. Hosted a focus group and feedback session with members of the Islamic Center of Cleveland.
